Feedback and bug reports

If a tool misbehaves, the most useful report includes: which tool, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Since your files never leave your device, we can't see errors on our end, your reports are genuinely how problems get found and fixed.

Reach out

The best way to get in touch is through the norito Ko-fi page, messages there are read and answered. Tool requests are very welcome: many of the tools on this site exist because somebody asked for them.

What not to send

Please don't send files you need processed, everything here runs in your own browser, so there's nothing we could do with them that you can't do yourself on the tool page.
