How it works
Rotation happens entirely in your browser using a PDF library that runs client-side. Each selected page's orientation is updated on top of its current rotation, so the content itself is never re-rendered, just turned. Leave the pages field blank to rotate the whole document.
Are my PDF files uploaded anywhere?
No. Rotating happens entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. Your files never leave your device or touch a server.
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Type the page numbers or ranges you want, like 1-3, 7, and only those pages will be rotated. Leave it blank to rotate every page.
What if a page is already rotated?
The rotation you choose is applied on top of each page's current orientation, not set from scratch, so an already-sideways page turns the expected extra 90, 180, or 270 degrees rather than resetting.
Does rotating reduce PDF quality?
No. Rotation is a metadata change on each page, the underlying content isn't re-rendered or recompressed.
Can I rotate a password-protected PDF?
Not currently. Password-protected or encrypted PDFs can't be read by the tool and will show an error, remove the password first with a PDF reader.
